Can I use other shoelaces with the OK Lacer or must I use those provided?
The OK Lacer is intended to work specifically with round shoelaces (as opposed to flat or oval ones), and engineered to accept the exact diameter of the laces provided. While it is possible that you have have other round laces, it's unlikely that they would have the exact same thickness.
Will I feel and perhaps be bothered by the knot on the inside of the shoe?
Absolutely not! The knot is very small and mostly embeds into the side of the shoe. But it is also cushioned by the tongue of the shoe. You will never feel this knot.
Can I get a reprint of the OK Lacers instruction sheet?

If I damage the shoelaces, can I order replacements from you?
Yes, just contact us and we'll be happy to send you a replacement pair.
Are OK Lacers available in other colors or for other styles of shoes, such as casual or dress shoes?
Not at this time. If sufficient interest warrants producing OK Lacers in other colors or for other style shoes, we'll certainly consider doing so. Please let us know via our contact form if this is something you are interested in.
